This addendum shall become a part of the original Request for Proposal <br />due by the REVISED due date of March 24, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. <br />This addendum is provided in response to questions asked at the pre - proposal conference <br />conducted on February 27, 2014. <br />1. Request For Proposal, Item X. License Requirements has been revised as follows: <br />a. Add City Business License and Federal Tax Identification Number. <br />b. Delete California C27 Contractor's license <br />2. Request For Proposal, Item XIX. Contractor Selection — Proposal and Evaluation has been <br />revised as follows: <br />a. Add 1. Ability of contractor and his /her "pressure washing sub - contractor" to... <br />b. Delete ball diamond infield sub - contractor. <br />3. Request For Proposal, Table of Contents has been revised as follows: <br />a. Add Attachment 1, Sub - Contractor Pressure Wash Maintenance <br />b. Add Attachment 2, City of Santa Ana Park Services Janitorial Maintenance Standards <br />(Attachment 2, has been provided in an electronic format to the Company) <br />4. Exhibit A Description and Scope of Work, H. Routine Maintenance has been revised as <br />follows: <br />a. Add 1.
