the City Representative, the City Representative shall require the Contractor to <br />remove any employee from work sites at his or her discretion. <br />Materials <br />a) The Contractor shall submit to the City Representative a list of all materials <br />and /or chemicals that may be used pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. <br />The list shall include Material Safety Data Sheets and chemical analysis where <br />applicable, recommended usage and any other manufacturers data that may <br />be pertinent. The list must be submitted before any materials /chemicals are <br />used pursuant to this Agreement. <br />Trash Disposal and Recycling <br />All waste shall be removed from the park site /facilities daily and disposed of in the <br />Contractor's waste receptacles <br />As an alternative, the City may allow Contractor to dispose of waste and trash in bins <br />provided by the City. The City will determine the amount of waste and trash allowed <br />to be dumped in these bins based on historical amounts. Any additional disposal <br />fees must be paid by Contractor. At no time will the contractor be allowed to dispose <br />of trash or waste that was not collected as part of this contract. If the City finds that <br />the contractor is disposing of trash from other contracts, the City will discontinue this <br />service for the contractor and the contractor will be required to pay for their own trash <br />service. <br />H. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE <br />Routine maintenance shall include but not be limited to the following services performed at <br />the Work Sites listed in Exhibit C -1. <br />SPECIAL NOTICES-All furniture moved by the Contractor's employees during the <br />performance of any services shall be returned to its appropriate location. All items such as <br />trash receptacles or desk chairs that are moved to enable cleaning underneath or around <br />them shall be returned to their appropriate location. <br />Work areas shall be secured and equipment placed to prevent passage by the general <br />public and City staff. All such work areas shall be denoted as such. Work areas and <br />equipment shall remain under this state /condition until all work is complete, equipment is <br />vacated and passage is safe for all. The proper quantity and type of safety warning signs, <br />such as "Caution — Wet Floor" shall be placed by the Contractor's employees each time <br />such conditions exist that would warrant placement of such signs. Signs are to be picked <br />up and stored in the appropriate janitor room once the condition no longer exists to warrant <br />such signs. <br />Daily Cleaning Schedule <br />a) Restock all supplies daily so dispensers are completely full.
