Ms. del Castillo has 37 years of surveying experience in Southern California. She is a licensed as a Land <br />Surveyor in California since 1982 and has an AA degree In surveying from Santa Rosa College. Ms. del <br />Castillo has extensive experience in boundary analysis, preparation and checking of legal descriptions and <br />maps, checking of final subdivision maps and Records of Surveys, research, providing quality assurance <br />and quality control. Ms, del Castillo has extensive experience in field note reduction, calculations, <br />preparation of as -built plans, and GIS database setup, input, review, analysis and output. <br />COAST SURVEYING, INC, <br />EXPERIENCE <br />California State Prison at Corcoran ll, as Project Surveyor. <br />Site Engineering Services contract awarded to Holmes & <br />Narver, Inc. (currently AECOM) for the new expansion of <br />Corcoran State Prison. Coast's Scope of work included aerial <br />mapping, photo control, horizontal and vertical control, boundary <br />surveys, Record of Survey, legal descriptions, and design <br />surveys. <br />Interstate 51 State Route 55 Interchange, as Project Surveyor. <br />Provided surveys for RBF & Associates in support of their multi- <br />million dollar, Caltrans 12 highway construction project. Control <br />surveys and Right -of -Way surveys performed included: <br />• GPS survey or primary control and prepared metric <br />Record of Survey <br />• Post -construction Survey Control and Survey Control <br />Maps <br />• Right -of -Way Survey and Record of Survey <br />San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor, as Project <br />Surveyor, Coast Surveying, Inc. was retained from 1992/1999 by <br />the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) to provide <br />professional land surveying and Right -of -Way services for the <br />San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor, State Route 73 Toll <br />Road. Mrs. del Castillo was in charge of the Right -of -Way which <br />consisted of: <br />• Preparation and review of legal descriptions, acreage <br />calculations and exhibits. <br />•Preparation and revision of constraints maps. <br />• Review of preliminary title reports. <br />• Providing fee credit acreage calculations and exhibit <br />maps. <br />• Reviewing final policies of title and policy binders. <br />• Preparation of utility easements <br />SR -47 Freeway I Ocean Blvd to SR -103 (1 mile), as Project <br />Surveyor, Coast Surveying, Inc. was retained in 2008 for <br />CalTrans HO Structures through HNTB to provide Construction <br />Management Survey Support Services, including locating the <br />design survey of the roadways, utilities, bridge structure and <br />details. Work also involved hydrographic surveys of the <br />Cerritos Channel. <br />
