RESOLUTION 2014-046 REVENUEFY 14-15 ACCOUNTDEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICEUNITFEES SECTION IXPLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to 4,000 square feet, and $11.00 for each additional 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof. For any plan submitted which is subject to the disabled accessibility requirements of Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a surcharge of 10% of the basic plan check fee shall be required.
