If this Agreement is not fully executed by <br />the parties within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter, this proposal shall expire. <br />R. Client should seek independent legal counsel on matters <br />for which Client is seeking legal advice. <br />VI, ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION <br />If this Agreement is acceptable to Client, please execute two copies of the Agreement <br />and return both originals to Kosmont Companies. Upon receipt of both signed contracts, <br />we will return one fully executed original for your files.
