The streetcar is not <br />proposing to alter the parking on the north side of 4th Street so a <br />westbound bike lane would need to be the subject of a future 4th <br />Street project. <br />Maybe this could be part of a near - future workshop with the <br />community and business owners to work through all issues <br />streetcar on 4th Street. <br />Just a thought. <br />Cathy <br />
