EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions for Approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -11 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -11 for after -hours operations is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the <br />California Building Standards Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />1. The premises shall at all times be maintained as a computer gaming and spectator <br />facility only. <br />2. After -hours operations until 2:00 a.m. are only permitted for event day, arena -style <br />configurations only, subject to the provisions of Condition No. 3. (Added by the <br />Planning Commission on May 27, 2014.) <br />3. The establishment shall submit an annual program /schedule to the Planning <br />Division, Police Department, and Public Works Agency that contains details on <br />proposed or scheduled events, including the type of event, relevant <br />groups /organizations, dates, hours and duration, expected attendance, and any <br />other pertinent information. If a new event arises that is not part of the submitted <br />annual program /schedule, the establishment shall provide the agencies listed <br />above with such information at least 30 days in advance. <br />4. Any and all existing or new lighting on the building's exterior must be maintained in <br />working order. <br />5. There shall be no amplified sound used outside the building. <br />6. The computer gaming and spectator facility shall comply with the City's noise <br />ordinance at all times. <br />7. Minors /those under eighteen (18) years of age shall not be permitted to enter or <br />remain in the establishment during the following periods unless accompanied by a <br />parent or legal guardian: <br />a. Between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through <br />Friday of each week; <br />Resolution No. 2014 -17 <br />Page 8 of 13 <br />
