lei <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS) <br />Commissioner Mill disclosed for CUP No. 2014 -28 [Agenda Item No. 4] that he <br />received an email from the applicant, Mr. Cho with an offer to tour the facility, which <br />he respectfully declined. <br />Commissioner Nalle disclosed for Agenda Item No. 4 he received an email from the <br />applicant, Michael Cho, offering a tour of the building, which he respectfully declined. <br />Commissioner Bacerra disclosed that he had telephone communication with Mr. Cho <br />regarding Agenda Item No. 4. <br />Commissioner Gartner disclosed that he also received email communication from <br />Mr. Cho on Agenda Item No. 4 to tour the facility, which he respectfully declined. <br />Commissioner Bauer disclosed that he also received email communication from Mr. <br />Cho on Agenda Item No. 4 to tour the facility, which he respectfully declined. <br />Commissioner Yrarrazaval disclosed that he received the same email from Mr. Cho <br />on Agenda Item No. 4 and did not respond.
