XV Solutions <br />Service rates for the City of Santa Ana <br />XV Solutions shall provide the following Maintenance Procedures on a monthly basis: <br />1. Check server event logs. Document event items outside of normal operation. <br />2. Verify server database backups have been completed successfully. Document and <br />troubleshoot failed backup jobs. <br />3. Test recovery of data from tapes. The first Friday night backup job from the previous month <br />will be tested to ensure the data can be recovered, if available at the time of the visit. <br />4. Check software patch status of server. Install patches if possible at the time of <br />maintenance visit. If a subsequent visit is required to install patches for any reason, it will <br />be billed at the normal hourly rate. <br />5. Check server RAID controller and verify proper operation of all disks. <br />6. Prepare monthly summary report with backup status, event log, patches applied, RAID <br />status, and other pertinent information. <br />7. Check SQL server event logs. Document events requiring attention. <br />8. Check SCADA SMTP server and VPN gateway event logs. Document events requiring <br />attention. <br />9. Perform visual inspection of networking equipment, including switches, routers and patch <br />panels. Document any items requiring attention. <br />Additional installation and troubleshooting services may be provided at the <br />request of the City. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Server Maintenance (Annual) <br />$5,516.00 <br />Server drive space, event log, and backup checks; <br />RAID array check; SQL Server check; SCADA SMTP <br />and VPN systems check <br />Additional service (1 hour minimum) with more than <br />$135.00/hour <br />48hr notice <br />Emergency service (3 hours minimum); all service <br />$160.00/hour <br />required with less than 48hr notice <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
