ARTICLE XVII <br />17.0 CONTROLLED PARKING AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE PRIVILEGES <br />17.1 Parking. The City shall provide non -sworn employees covered by this Agreement with free <br />parking for personal vehicles during on -duty hours in controlled parking facilities in the <br />Civic Center area. <br />17.2 Take Home Vehicle. All employees in the classifications of Police Captain and Police <br />Lieutenant shall receive a City -owned and maintained vehicle for traveling between the <br />employee's residence and the Police Department or other business - related location, as <br />necessary in the performance of his or her duties. <br />44 <br />25F -46 <br />
