24. The operator shall be responsible for submitting a detailed outdoor fencing and <br />dining plan where outdoor dining is proposed as part of the business operation. If <br />the proposed dining area or fencing is in the public right of way, the applicant must <br />obtain all required permits and approvals from the Public Works Agency, <br />25.
