MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON <br />PARKS, RECREATION, EDUCATION AND YOUTH <br />April 28, 2014 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The regular meeting convened at 5:38 p.m. at Centennial Park Reservations <br />Administration Meeting Room; 3006 Centennial Road, Santa Ana, California 92704. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />Council members Present Mayor Pro Tem, Sal Tinajero (Chair) <br />Angelica Amezcua <br />Roman Reyna <br />Staff Present: Gerardo Mouet, PRCSA Executive Director <br />Ron Ono, Administrative Services Manager <br />Jeannie Jurado, Community Services Manager <br />Robert Cortez, Assistant Finance Director <br />William Sandoval, Community Services Supervisor <br />Hiram Uribe, Graphic Designer <br />Public Speakers <br />O PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br />Joe Dixon, SAUSD <br />Patricia Ruiz, SA resident <br />Barbara Lamere, Windsor Village <br />Lewis Bratcher, FSSA <br />Cecilia Rodriguez, Logan Community <br />Barbara Lamer indicated at Windsor Park, she was happy to see the security <br />lighting and lighting around the playground repaired. Also Azteca Landscape <br />is doing a better job maintaining the park. She reported the Men's sink needs <br />to be replaced and trash receptacle installed in the Women's restroom. <br />At Centennial Park she was happy to see the curbs painted red in the <br />turnaround.
