INSURANCE ON WILE WORK MAN PROCEED ri,`JNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES �} CIERKOFGOUNGIG�.f C� V DATE. 17 ` —� / THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on July 1, 2014, by and between AMEC Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., a Georgia corporation ("Contractor ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "City "). RECITALS: A. 'fire parties entered into that certain Agreement # A- 2011 -103, dated April 4, 2011, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) inspection and data base management services. By Amendments dated March 12, 2012 (A- 2011 - 103 -01) and March 18, 2013 (A- 2011 - 103 -02), Vthe Parties exercised their first and second, respectively, options to amend the Agreement, by which the Parties extended the terns of the Agreement and increased the annual compensation payable to the Contractor. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, as amended, the City desires to exercise the third option to renew said Agreement for an additional one -year term. This is the last extension provided for in the original Agreement, WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement and the First and Second Amendments to the Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as amended, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 4, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "This Agreement shall commence on April 4, 2011 and terminate on June 30, 2015, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions, below." 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement, as amended, shall remain in Rill force and effect.
