t <br />INSURANCE ON FILL <br />WORK MAY PROCEED A-2013-0834 <br />UNTIL INSI AANCE PIR S <br />CLERK OF COUNCI.t. <br />�jly DATE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH KIDWORKS <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION UNDER <br />THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 246' day of June 2014, by and between the City of <br />\ Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and <br />a laws of the State of California {"City") and KidWorks Community Development Corporation, a non-profit <br />corporation ("Contractor"). <br />URECITALS <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement Under the Workforce Investment Act dated for <br />reference purposes as of July 1, 2013, (Agreement #A-2013-083) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement'. <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and extend the Tenn of said Agreement and one of the exhibits attached <br />thereto. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby <br />agree as follows: <br />I. Section III "Time Period of Agreement" states that, "Plre term of this Agreement may be extended by a <br />writing executed by the Executive Director for the Community Development Agency and the City Attorney". <br />2. The Parties hereby extend the Term of said Agreement through March 31, 2015 for the purposes of <br />providing follow-up services to youth participants. <br />3. Exhibit G to said Agreement, the Budget, is hereby amended as line items have been moved as <br />permitted by said Agreement. It is hereby replaced with Exhibit G, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />4.
