POLICY NUMBER: DAN 1000347 INSURED: J&G Industries, Inc. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CG 20 10 10 01 THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. ADDITIONAL INSURED - OWNERS, LESSEES OR CONTRACTORS - SCHEDULED PERSON OR ORGANIZATION This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART Name of Person or Organization: SCHEDULE As Required by Written Contract (If no entry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the Declarations as applicable to this endorsement.) A. Section 11 — Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an insured the person or organization shown in the Schedule, but only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for that insured. B. With respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds, the following exclusion is added: 2. Exclusions This insurance does not apply to "bodily inju- ry" or "property damage" occurring after: (1) All work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, on the project (other than service, maintenance or repairs) to be performed by or on behalf of the addi- tional insured(s) at the site of the cov- ered operations has been completed; or (2) That portion of "your work" out of which the injury or damage arises has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than an- other contractor or subcontractor en- gaged in performing operations for a principal as a part of the same project. Other Coverage's Provided this Insured per Policy Form: PRIMARY CLAUSE It is hereby understood and agreed that the insurance certified herein, shall be considered primary insurance to that of any other valid and collectible insurance held by the additional insured certificate holder, and the additional insured's insurance shall be considered excess cover- age only, and not contributory as respects the named Insured where required by contract. WAIVER OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY We waive any right of recovery we may have against a person or organization because of payments we make for Injury or damage arising out of your ongoing operations or "your work" done under a contract with that person or organization and included In the "products -completed operations hazard" when you have waived such right of recovery under a written contract with that person or organization. Such written contract must be: a. Currently in effect or becoming effective during the term of this policy, and b. Executed prior to the "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal or advertising injury", or c. Executed after the "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" if: 1.
