INSUMANOF ON Kl <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />A.F CLERKOFCO It µ ...u_. <br />DATE: 9- /�;— f y <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A- 2014 -161 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of <br />July, 2014, by and between PCC Network Solutions, a Pacific Coast Cabling, Inc. company <br />(hereinafter "Contractor ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter <br />"City„) <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The Parties entered into Agreement A -2013 -144 dated September 3, 2013, hereinafter referred <br />to as "said Agreement ", for providing cabling services for voice and data. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the Parties wish to amend the <br />Compensation and Term of said Agreement in order to provide additional cabling service under <br />said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to al] <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, of said Agreement is hereby amended to increase the maximum <br />yearly compensation by $55,000,00 per year to a total amount not to exceed $100,000.00 per <br />year, for a total aggregate compensation not to exceed $600,000.00 over the potential full term <br />of the contract. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, of said Agreement shall be amended to allow the previously agreed upon <br />three (3) additional one (1) year optional renewal terms to be entered into upon the discretion of <br />the City Manager in a writing executed by the Parties, including the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney on behalf of the City. <br />3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />
