The state may at its discretion recapture funds obligated <br />under this exhibit, if expenditure plans are not being met. <br />________________________________________________ _______ _____________ ________ _ __ <br />PROGRAM NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this action is to initiate this Local <br />Workforce Investment Area's (LWIA) new Program Year (PY) <br />2014 -15 Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I subgraut <br />agreement and to incorporate WIA Youth formula funding into <br />Grant Code (GC) 301. The amount in GC 301 represents this <br />LWIA 'a entire youth formula allocation for PY 2014 -15. The <br />term date for these funds is April 1, 2014 to June 30, <br />2016. <br />The LWIA will operate the WIA program in accordance with <br />the approved Workforce Investment Plan on file in the <br />Workforce Services Division of the Employment Development <br />Department, P.O.
