Insurance and Bonding <br />Every NCM proposal includes the following insurance coverage. Both our primary and umbrella policies are written <br />on an occurrence basis. The $25 million umbrella coverage can be used to increase limits of the general liability, <br />employer's liability, and auto liability policies. Additional liability coverage is available on a per project basis, if <br />required. <br />Insurance <br />A. General Liability: <br />New Hampshire Insurance Company (A,M, Best Rating: A, XV) <br />Limits: $2 million per occurrence, $4 million aggregate (aggregate applies per project) <br />B. Pollution (Asbestos, Lead and Mold) and Professional Liability <br />Chartis Specialty Insurance Company (A.M.
