Policy Number: QC1302675 Am Limited Authority to Issue Certificates of Insurance Endorsement Inconsideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed as follows; (1) Underwriters authorize Aon the ( "Certificate issuer ") to issue Certificates of Insurance at Elie request or direction of the Assured.
