The report includes tasks, next steps, outcomes and percentage completed <br />for each strategy. <br />Highlights for the month of July include: <br />• Installation of parking meters in the Downtown <br />• Establishment of an Economic Development Taskforce <br />Implementation of a Community Internship program <br />Refinancing of existing Police Facility and Water Enterprise debt service <br />Achieved General Fund reserve goal based on preliminary estimates <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective #1 (Establish a comprehensive community engagement <br />initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an active <br />role in discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. <br />Attachments: Monthly Report - July 2014 <br />19G -1 <br />
