C. AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />1. PROGRESS IN MEETING SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES FOR PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING: <br />Respectively, EXHIBIT 3 and EXHIBIT 5 provide overviews of the City's efforts to meet five -year and <br />one -year affordable housing goals. Below, is a summary of specific housing accomplishments <br />during 2013 -2014 report period utilizing all available funding sources (i.e., CDBG, HOME, <br />redevelopment, etc.).
