Review of Agreement <br />RJM DESIGN GRour, INC. has established a reputation of integrity and professionalism within our industry. <br />Our due diligence in performing client services begins with our proposal preparation, contract review <br />and negotiation, and carries through to project completion. <br />We have reviewed the Consultant Agreement Incorporating Community Development Block Grant <br />Requirements for the Pacific Electric Park Improvements for the City of Santa Ana. As part of this review, <br />we identify items which may not conform to the terms of our insurance coverage and. /or to California <br />Civil Code section 2782.8 which regulates contracts between public agencies and design professionals. <br />Upon selection of this project, we would like to discuss the following requested changes pertaining to the <br />Professional Services Agreement.
