Design and <br />Economic Feasibility <br />(Per Section 7.1) <br />Conduct of Phase I <br />and Phase II (Per <br />Section 7.6) <br />Conduct structural <br />engineering and <br />earthquake safety <br />retrofit (Per Section <br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />DEVELOPER will conduct a design and economic feasibility <br />study relating to the Prject. DEVELOPER, The CITY and The <br />Developer and CITY's consultants will evaluate the design and economic <br />The CITY feasibility of the Project based on, among other things the <br />design and economic feasibility study undertaken by <br />DEVELOPER. <br />DEVELOPER will be permitted to undertake a Phase I <br />DEVELOPER Environmental Analysis and /or Phase II Environmental <br />analysis, each at Developer's sole cost and expense. <br />As part of the development of the Project, DEVELOPER will <br />DEVELOPER be required to undertake certain structural engineering and <br />earthquake safety retrofits. <br />DEVELOPER will conduct any California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review required by law and prepare any <br />Review (Per Section Developer Environmental Impact Reports required by law.
