ASSESSMENT OF RELOCATION NEEDS <br />SURVEY METHOD <br />To gather the necessary information for the Relocation Plan, personal surveys were <br />conducted with residents and business owners within the project area during the <br />months of October through December 2013. The surveys were conducted in English <br />and Spanish as appropriate. Surveys were completed with five (5) of the six (6) <br />residential households. Nine (9) out of twelve (12) non - residential uses were <br />interviewed, due to lack of access to the remainder.
