LAND USE ELEMENT <br />SPECIFIC PLANS <br />The City of Santa Ana has also adopted three specific plan areas, shown in <br />Exhibit 3, to provide greater direction in the development of these areas. As <br />required by State law, these specific plans, indicated below, are consistent with the <br />Land Use Plan. <br />North - Harbor Mixed Use Transit CorridorBeuievard Specific Plan which <br />promotes quality mixed use /residential eotntnereiftl development, and land <br />use compatibility along Harbor Boulevard within a 3054 -5 acre planning <br />area. <br />Bristol Corridor Specific Plan which applies to a 3.9 -mile section of Bristol <br />Street in the central portion of the City. <br />Midtown Specific Plan which regulates development in the areas north of <br />downtown and east of the Civic Center in order to create a thriving and <br />integrated district for civic, cultural, and commercial activities. <br />nu n• m <br />■i -� � ■ ■ ■ !
