TERMINATION This agreement may be terminated immediately for cause, or without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice delivered to the Consultant either personally or by mail. Act (OSHA) and as it may be amended or updated throughout the term ofthiscontract. 16. JURISDICTION - VENUE This Agreement and all questions relating to its validity, interpretation, porfoi na nce, and enforcement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
