Grosse, <br />Executive Director <br />or such other address as OCWD or RETAILER shall direct in <br />writing. Service of any instrument or writing by mail shall <br />be deemed complete forty-eight (48) hours after deposit in a <br />United States mail depository. <br />9.2 Term and Amendment: The term of this Agreement <br />shall be for 'twenty-five (25) years from the date hereof. <br />This Agreement shall automatically be extended for up to five <br />(5) extensions of five (5) years each, for a possible total <br />extension of twenty-five (25) additional years to the initial <br />term hereof, if neither party hereto exercises its right to <br />terminate the extensions to the initial term of this <br />:F&M <br />
