Users within their respective service areas under Section 7 and <br />purchased by MWDOC, CMWD, and SA under Section 8.1 <br />hereinabove. The rate paid for such water by OCWD shall be the <br />Reclaimed Water Rates established, respectively, by the MWDOC <br />and CMWD Boards of Directors and SA City Council from time to <br />time, which shall be a nondiscriminatory rate for the Reclaimed <br />Water class of service. OCWD shall be billed by MWDOC. CMWD,, <br />and SA in accordance, with their general rules and regulations <br />for billing as established by MWDOC, CMWD, and SA, <br />respectively, from time to time. <br />8.3: Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to <br />modify MWD obligations, if any, established by law or contract <br />to supply water to MWDOC, CMWD, and SA for domestic and <br />municipal use within MWD, nor MWDOC's, CMWD's, and RA's <br />obligations, if any, to supply water to OCWD. <br />Section 9: Project Water Rates. <br />9.1: The Board of Directors of MWD shall, in its sole <br />discretion, set the Reclaimed Water Rate to be charged for the <br />sale of the Reclaimed Water generated by this Project and <br />similar projects. This rate may be changed from time to time <br />by said Board. <br />9.2: The Boards of Directors of MWDOC and CMWD, and <br />the City Council of SA shall set Reclaimed Water Rates to be <br />charged for the sale of the Reclaimed Water purchased from MWD <br />pursuant to this Agreement. These rates may be changed from <br />time to time by said Boards and City Council. <br />
