GRANT DEsmuPT[oN <br />To reduce the number of persons killed and 'injured in crashes involving alcohol and other primary collision <br />factors, "best practice" strategies will be conducted. The fiznded strategies may include: DUI checkpoints, DUI <br />saturation patrols, warrant service operations, stakeouts operations, a "HOT Sheet' program, educational <br />presentations, and court stings. The program may also concentrate on speed, distracted driving, seat belt <br />enforcement, operations at intersections with disproportionate numbers of traffic crashes, and special <br />enforcement operations encouraging motorcycle safety. These strategies are designed to earn media attention <br />thus enhancing the overall deterrent effect. <br />6. FEDERAL FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED: $ 363,410.00 <br />7.
