7260, et seq., and the Relocation Guidelines, California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 25, Chapter 6 and has been made available for <br />public review since July 15, 2014. Each potential displaced <br />occupant was given written notification regarding the Plan's <br />availability and an opportunity to submit questions or comments. <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the <br />requirements for moving and re- establishing the displaced <br />residential and business occupants, and to demonstrate the level of <br />advisory and financial assistance that will be provided. <br />I. Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for <br />appropriate replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation <br />costs to be approximately $2,870,000. <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase II of the Bristol Street widening plan between <br />Third and Tenth Streets. <br />Section 3: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, <br />the proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the <br />previously prepared FOR (FEIS /EIR No. 89 -01) approved by City Council in <br />1990. Due to several minor design modifications related to Phase IIIB, an <br />Addendum to the FEIS /EIR was prepared and adopted according to the <br />California Environmental Quality Act by City Council on May 6, 2014. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of Septe <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
