Harbor ri Ose Transit Corridor Plan <br />Development Standards <br />The development standards translate the Specific Plan vision and principles <br />into prescriptive evaluation standards, ensuring that new development <br />projects activate the public realm, exhibit high standards of urban design and <br />landscaping, and maximize flexibility and development feasibility for public <br />and private projects. <br />This Specific Plan emphasizes the role that Wilding form plays when <br />developing individual parcels and blocks to create diverse and pe lestrian- <br />oriented development. <br />Building Type and Form <br />A wide variety of building types are permitted throughout the corridor, with <br />more intense building forms found in the Transit Node district, and the least <br />intense Wilding forms provided in the Neighborhood Transitional district. <br />In the Corridor and Transit Node districts, future development is required to be <br />at least two stories tall to reinforce the transit- and pedestrian- oriented vision <br />for the Specific Plan area.
