As the City is a built -out and developed urban community, there are no mineral <br />resources zones within the project site or general vicinity. (EIR, p. 4 -4.) <br />1. Impacts: <br />For a project located within an airport land use plan or, where such a plan has not been <br />adopted, within two miles of a public airport or public use airport, would the Project <br />expose people residing or working in the Project area to excessive noise levels? <br />For a project within the vicinity of a private airstrip, would the Project expose people <br />residing or working in the Project area to excessive noise levels? <br />Finding: No Impact. (EIR, p. 4 -4.) <br />Analysis: The project is not located within an airport land use plan, or within the vicinity <br />of a private airstrip. (EIR, p. 4 -4.) <br />I. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br />1. Impacts: <br />Would the project displace substantial numbers of existing housing, necessitating the <br />construction of replacement housing elsewhere? <br />Would the project displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating the construction <br />of replacement housing elsewhere? <br />Finding: No Impact. (EIR, p. 4 -5.) <br />Analysis: The proposed project would not displace housing or people. Impact: Would the project result in a change in air traffic patterns, including either an <br />increase in traffic levels or a change in location that results in substantial safety risks? <br />Finding: No Impact. (EIR, p. 4 -5.) <br />Analysis: The project site is not near a public airport or private airstrip, and the size and <br />residential nature of the project is not substantial enough to result in an increase in air <br />traffic patterns.
