Notes on Scope of Work/ Fee Schedule <br />• Foam positive of celery sculpture: Artist will contract to have the foam positive made for <br />the celery sculpture. The type of finish depends on what the foundry needs and what kind of <br />textural detail the Artist wants on the surface; estimate cost for foam positive finish is <br />$2000.00. <br />+ <br />Bronze celery sculpture: Artist will contract with foundry to design and fabricate the celery <br />sculpture. The details for the interior of the sculpture to accommodate the mounting pipe and <br />the material to fill the interior void will be addressed during design; the estimated cost is <br />$2,000.00. Artist will contract with foundry to design and fabricate two bronze plaques, one to <br />recognize City Council and one for the description of the art piece. <br />• Millstone: Artist will select and purchase the millstone; cost includes shipping. <br />• Stone paving: Artist will select and purchase the paving stones; cost includes shipping to <br />the Artist studio. Artist will contract to have the paving stones installed; estimated installation <br />cost is $3,000.00. <br />• Transportation: Artist will arrange for the delivery of the foam positive to the foundry, the <br />bronze celery sculpture to the site, and the paving stones to the site; estimated delivery costs <br />are $1,500.00. <br />• Subcontract: Artist to subcontract with Contractor for work and payment identified herein. <br />Rendering of Art Sculpture <br />f WN 0 11 :1 <br />23AA -11 <br />
