G. It is required that the City Council now approve the revised SSMP and <br />designate a Legally Responsible Official to report sanitary sewer system overflows to <br />the State Board. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves and <br />adopts the revised City of Santa Ana Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) dated <br />April 4, 2014. <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby designates the <br />following City employee classification as the Legally Responsible Official for purposes of <br />the State Water Resources Control Board Sanitary Sewer System Waste Discharge <br />Regulations as required by WDR Order No. 2006 - 003 -DWQ: <br />Water Resources Manager <br />Section 4.
