FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR <br />PERSONS WITH AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2014 — 2015 — Community <br />Development Agency <br />At its special meeting on June 4, 2014, by a vote of 6 -0 the Community <br />Redevelopment and Housing Commission recommended that the City Council <br />and Housing Authority approve the recommended actions. <br />Continued from the June 17, 2014 City Council Meeting by a vote of 6 -0 (Tinajero <br />absent). <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute a cooperative agreement, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority <br />General Counsel. <br />AGMT - Between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana in the amount of $600,000 for a one -year term <br />for the implementation of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with <br />AIDS Tenant -Based Rental Assistance Program <br />2.
