0 0 0 0 <br />M 0 <br />AUGUST 5, 2014 <br />QUARTERLY REPORT FOR HOUSING <br />CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM <br />APRIL 2014 — JUNE 2014 <br />EXECUTIVE DIRE CTO <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Receive and file. <br />1115, 01=1 <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />At its regular meeting of July 16, 2014, by a vote of 6:0, the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission recommended that the Housing Authority receive and file the Quarterly <br />Report for Housing Choice Voucher Program: April 2014 — June 2014. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The April 2014 — June 2014 quarterly status report for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Rental <br />Assistance Program provides statistics for the day -to -day activities of the Santa Ana Housing <br />Authority. The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of May 20, 2014, there were 1,213 individuals /families on the waiting list. The waiting list last <br />opened on October 1, 2007 and closed on November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br />1.
