Quarterly Report for HCV <br />August 5, 2014 <br />Page 4 <br />Re-certifications / Interims <br />Each year, the Housing Authority must re-certify 300 <br />each participating family to ensure compliance 250 <br />with program eligibility. In addition, when a 200 <br />participant's income changes an interim <br />examination must be performed. During the 150 <br />reporting period, a total of 822 100 <br />recertifications/interims were conducted. 50 <br />Monthly totals since June 2014 are shown in 0 <br />Chart 8. <br />Other Change of Unit <br />8. Thirteen other changes of <br />unit actions were processed during the reporting period. <br />New Admissions <br />This action is when a family is admitted to the Housing Program.
