City Council Direction <br />On September 16, 2014 the City <br />Council directed staff to revise the <br />plan to achieve the following <br />objectives: <br />Ensure more intense <br />• <br />development in Transit Node <br />districts –especially at Harbor <br />and Westminster. <br />Ensure that the preponderance <br />• <br />of development in Transit Nodes <br />be more commercial than <br />residential. <br />Address street section designs <br />• <br />to provide a full range of multi- <br />modal options. <br />2 <br />
