INSURANCE ON RLE N-2014-122-001 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />CLERK Of COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH <br />DATE: INSURE PROTECTIVE SECURITY <br />0. - <br />PRcsCD OCT 2 9 2014 <br />QWj2,ft THIS AMENDMENT made and entered into this 1t1h day of September, 2014 by and between <br />Insure Protective Security (hereinafter "Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement (#N-2014-122) ("said Agreement") for Consultant to <br />provide security guard services for the Fiestas Patrias event ("Event"). <br />B. The parties desire to amend said Agreement to increase compensation thereunder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the terms <br />and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the contingency from 15% to 20%, <br />and to allow the City to pay Consultant for reimbursables, such as water. The parties agreed that <br />additional guards were needed for the Event. Total compensation under said Agreement as amended shall <br />not exceed Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Dollars ($17,993.00). <br />2. All other terms and conditions included in said Agreement shall remain unchanged and have <br />the same force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment the date and year first above <br />written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Vna <br />Maria D.
