CLERK OF COUNCIL DATE. p. carp/>�CP, NOV 4 2014 THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 31" day of December 2013, by and between MIKE LINARES, INC., a California corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT INCORPORATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT REQUIREMENTS RECITALS: A. The parties entered into that certain Consultant Agreement Incorporating Community Development Block Grant Requirements, dated July 1, 2012 (Agreement # N-2012-139, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement') by which Consultant has provided technical consulting services for federal grant programs. B. Said Agreement was amended on June 30, 2013(N-2012-139-001) to amend the Term thereof. C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to further extend the Term thereof. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2014. 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
