We welcome the opportunity to <br />assist the City in this endeavor because our HR consulting practices focus on serving public <br />agency clients. <br />Through our diverse public agency consulting assignments, CPS HR has developed long -time <br />relationships across a spectrum of local, state and federal public agencies including many cities <br />throughout California. As a result, we have the knowledge, expertise and skills to conduct a <br />comprehensive compensation study for the City of Santa Ana. <br />Throughout study development and administration, CPS HR will work with you to meet your <br />organization's goals and objectives.
