Proposal to the City of Santa Ana <br />Proposal to Provide a Management Compensation Study <br />Jill Engelmiann, MA, SPHIR <br />Ms. Engelmann has over 25 years of professional and management experience in public sector <br />Human Resources, including experience in the areas of compensation and classification, job <br />analysis, employee recruitment and selection, performance management, employee and <br />management training and development, employee relations; and personnel policy <br />development. She has worked as a CPS HR consultant for the last fifteen years, where she has <br />managed or completed a wide variety of projects in all of the areas listed above. Long term <br />assignments with CPS HR clients have included the El Dorado Hills Fire Department, California <br />Independent System Operator, Northern California Power Agency, and United Way. <br />Ms. Engelmann's previous experience includes over S years with Sacramento County where she <br />managed the Exam Development and Administration Division.
