performance under this Inclusionary Housing Agreement, or for the enforcement <br />of any provisions of this Agreement, except as expressly provided otherwise <br />herein. <br />XI. Subordination. <br />At Property Owner's option, this Inclusionary Housing Agreement shall be <br />subordinate to the lien of the deeds of trust and other financing documents which <br />secure the financing needed to acquire, construct, and /or operate the Project. <br />The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute such subordination <br />agreements and /or such other documents as may be necessary to evidence <br />such subordination. <br />XII. Entire Agreement <br />This Inclusionary Housing Agreement integrates all of the terms and conditions <br />mentioned herein or incidental hereto. This Inclusionary Housing Agreement <br />supersedes all negotiations or previous agreement between the Parties with <br />respect-ts all of -ary- portion of-the-Property-and#h> ,—Project thereof- <br />XIII. Recordation <br />The Developer and the City agree to permit recordation of this Inclusionary <br />Housing Agreement, against the Property in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California. The legal description for the Property is provided in <br />Exhibit 1 to this Inclusionary Housing Agreement, <br />XIV. Termination <br />Except as set forth elsewhere, this Inclusionary Housing Agreement shall be <br />effective until the termination of the Affordability Period. At that time, this <br />Inclusionary Housing Agreement shall automatically and immediately terminate <br />and shall have no further force and effect. Upon the termination of this <br />Inclusionary Housing Agreement, the Property Owner shall have no further <br />obligations or liability hereunder, or any responsibility with respect to the <br />Inclusionary Units.
