statements, interest statements, and/or unemployment compensation statements <br />to determine eligibility to reside in the Inclusionary Unit. <br />Once per year, over the life of the Affordability Period, the Property Owner or <br />property manager will recertify each tenant in an Inclusionary Unit's annual Gross <br />Household Income. The Property Owner or property manager will establish an <br />annual recertification schedule and perform all tenant recertifications at the same <br />time. Each tenant will be required to provide the appropriate documentation to <br />certify their Gross Household income. <br />Composition of Household <br />Any alteration to the Household composition must be disclosed during the annual <br />recertification process. <br />C. Income Eligibility Criteria <br />Gross Household Income <br />The Property Owner or property manager will-consider Gross Household Income— - for all Adult Household members when determining Applicant eligibility to reside <br />in an Inclusionary Unit. The funds included in Gross Household Income are <br />detailed in the definitions section of these Administrative Procedures. <br />Maximum income <br />The maximum allowable income is set forth for each Project and /or unit by the <br />affordable housing agreements recorded on legal title to the property. Income <br />levels include, but are not limited to Very-Low and Low Income as defined in <br />these Administrative Procedures. The 2014 household income limits are <br />presented in Attachment D to this Administrative Procedures Manual. In the <br />case of conflict among the agreements, the most stringent requirement must be <br />applied. <br />D. Affordable Rent Calculations <br />Rental rates for the Inclusionary Units must be set at levels affordable to Very- <br />Low Income Households and Low Income Households as set forth in the <br />Project's Inclusionary Housing Agreement.
