• Pedro Magallon, concerned that $50,000 not sufficient for replacement of <br />synthetic turf; City Council to reconsider amount allocated. <br />• Rick Neidermeyer, spoke in support of Police Department and also <br />concerned that funds insufficient. <br />Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Gerardo <br />Mouet, noted that $50,000 will be used in combination with other funds allocated <br />for turf replacement.
