Approve the 2015 calendar of City Council Meeting dates. <br />2. Direct the Clerk of the Council to post a Notice of Cancellation for the regularly scheduled <br />City Council meetings scheduled for January 6, 2015 and July 21, 2015; the City Council <br />hereby waives notice of said meetings as required by the government code. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 6, 2013 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2013 -019 which changed the City <br />Council Meetings from 1St and 3rd Mondays of the month to 152 and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. <br />Attached is a calendar of regularly scheduled City Council Meetings for the year. In addition, <br />the January 6, 2015 and July 21, 2015 regularly scheduled meetings are proposed to be <br />canceled. The Council will resume consideration of regular Council items at their next regular <br />scheduled meeting. The City Council reserves the right to cancel any other meetings and <br />notify the public as legally required. The Calendar will be posted on the City's website to <br />better inform the public of upcoming meetings. City Council Meetings are held in the Council <br />Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. Council Committee meeting locations vary; <br />please check the agenda for meeting time and location. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. <br />aria D.
