HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />ELIZABETH LAGUNA AND FRANCISCO LAGUNA, <br />LOWELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />BOB BARNETT, POLICE CHAPLAIN <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION by Orange County Vector Control on West Nile Virus Update <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT — City Attorney Carvalho, reported that by majority vote, staff <br />was given direction at the October 7, 2014 Closed Session meeting to provide the Orange <br />County District Attorney's Office 5 days to seek an Injunctive Relief Order on the Pulido <br />Investigation Report and if not provided the City of Santa Ana would release the Report to the <br />public; motion approved by a 5 -1 vote (Tinajero dissented and Pulido absent). <br />Also, on the October 21, 2014 Closed Session matters include the settlement agreements as <br />provided for in Agenda Item 19A. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 3 OCTOBER 21, 2014 <br />1 0A -3 <br />
