Totals may not equal 100 percent due to rounding. <br />' It is anticipated that approximately 1,555,000 building square feet of the existing nonresidential structures would be demolished. <br />As shown in this table, operation of the project would generate air pollutant emissions that exceed <br />SCAQMD's regional significance thresholds for VOC, NOx, CO, PM,o, and PM25 at buildout. Emissions of <br />VOC and NOx that exceed the SCAQMD regional threshold would cumulatively contribute to the 03 <br />nonattamment designation of the SoCAB. Emissions of NOx that exceed SCAQMD's regional significance <br />thresholds would cumulatively contribute to the 03, particulate matter (PM�o and Pn5), and NO2 <br />nonattamment designations of the SoCAB. Emissions of PM,o would contribute to the PM10 nonattamment <br />designation. Consequently, the project would result in a significant impact because it would significantly <br />contribute to the nonattamment designations of the SoCAB. <br />Impact 5.2 -3: Construction activities related to buildout of the Harbor Boulevard Mixed Use Transit <br />Corridor Plan could expose sensitive receptors to substantial pollutant concentrations. <br />Impact Analysis: The proposed project could expose sensitive receptors to elevated pollutant <br />concentrations during construction activities if it would cause or contribute significantly to elevating those <br />October 2014 Page 5.2 -17 <br />
