Environmental Analysis <br />NOISE <br />Provide temporary traffic controls, such as a flag person, during all phases of <br />construction to maintain smooth traffic flow. <br />5.9.10 Level of Significance After Mitigation <br />The mitigation measures identified above would reduce potential impacts associated with noise to a level that <br />is less than significant.
