For AWSC, the average delay is calculated whereas for TWSC, the delay of the <br />worst approach is calculated. <br />5 ALTERNATIVES <br />The Project Development Team (PDT) explored various alternatives to address the need and <br />purpose of this project, taking into account the constraints presented by the project area and the <br />City's desired traffic operations. Both an overhead alternative and an underpass alternative were <br />discussed among the PDT members.
